I attended Grand Canyon University, and I enjoy tutoring a wide variety of subjects. When I tutor, I always strive to develop the "whole student" by teaching in a balanced way. I create a teaching environment where my students feel safe, free from judgment, and are not afraid to make mistakes. I also like to teach children morals ethics and help them learn to tolerate people of all types. They need to learn tolerance in today's culturally diverse and global world. I also like to tutor by integrating real-life scenarios into our lessons, so they understand how what they are learning relates to their lives. I also strive to help my students begin to love learning when they may not have enjoyed it in the past. I think it is important to help all of my students build great critical thinking skills while I help them learn; this makes them prepared for future problems as well as the ones we are working on. When not tutoring, I enjoy playing the drums. I am a professional drummer, and I love playing on concert stages. I also love to fish, go camping, and enjoy the water and outdoors whenever I get the chance.
